About Me

Professional Background

I am currently the Head of Technology at the Luxembourg National Data Service (LNDS), a position I've held since November 2022. In this role, I lead the technology team responsible for building and operating the infrastructure and tools that enable secure, FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) data sharing across Luxembourg's public and private sectors.

At LNDS, I oversee the development of critical data infrastructure including secure processing environments, data cataloguing systems, pseudonymization services, and federated data access platforms. My team of data engineers, software engineers, DevOps specialists, and security experts works on enabling value creation from secondary use of data while ensuring data protection by design and default. We actively contribute to European initiatives including the European Health Data Space and support Luxembourg's participation in cross-border data collaboration projects.
